Shipping Times for Normal and Preorder Items:

  • Normal Items: Typically ship within 5 business days.
  • Preorder Items: Refer to the product's delivery date. We will ship your item within 14 business days after receiving it from the vendor.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Products are primarily shipped from Hong Kong, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
  • Our main courier is FedEx, unless an alternate courier is requested. Items within the US will be shipped via FedEx.
  • All packages will include a tracking number. Once shipped, we will notify you with the necessary information to track your package.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Delivery may take 2-15 days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping restrictions may apply.
  • Delivery generally takes 7-20 days.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
  • The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Missing or Lost Package:
