Please bear in mind that the current situation of Covid-19 may cause delays to your order.

 

Preorder Items: 
Please refer to the products delivery date on preorder items. We will ship your item with 5 business days after receiving the item from vendor.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
All products are shipped from Hong Kong unless specified under products description. We will be using EMS Hong Kong Speed Post as our main courier for all deliveries unless you request an alternate courier.  

All packages shipped will have a tracking number. Once shipped we will notify you all the information needed to track your package. 

Once payment is made orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days. Delivery may take anywhere between 2 - 20 days depending on your shipping location.

 

International Shipping:
Shipping restrictions may apply.

Local Shipping:
We use SF Express for local delivery within Hong Kong
~most cases delivery time takes 1-2 workdays

Custom & Tax:
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not inclusive in the product price or shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees. Please check with your country's customs department for more information on your respective countries customs duties.

Missing or lost package:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost through the services of the postal carrier. We will assist in providing information if in the unfortunate circumstance that you packages are lost.

 
Return and exchange information:
We 100% guarantee our products are authentic or money back. Factory, product defects are not covered by our return and exchanges policy. No exchanges for other products or store credit. Please contact our team if you request to see the condition of the item on hand. No returns or exchanges.
